1.開頭(介紹背景+你的觀點)：無車日是政府為了號召大家綠色出行(low-carbon transport)而發(fā)起的活動(campaign)。目前隨著經(jīng)濟發(fā)展，私家車擁有量飆升(the ownership of private cars is on the rise) ，對環(huán)境乃至對出行造成很大壓力(pose a great threat to the environment as well as transportation)。我認為無車日沒有意義(dose not make any sense)。

2.問題1：無車日影響了很多路途遙遠的上班族(affects the life of commuters who have to go a long way to work)，給他們造成實際困難，抱怨的人很多(many are complaining about it)。

3.問題2：無車日不能從根本上解決問題(cannot solve the problem fundamentally)。無車日之后，又是很多人開車。

4.結(jié)尾(措施+升華)：還是應(yīng)該從制度上解決(rely on the restraint from regulation)，比如征擁堵稅(levy tax on traffic congestion)，人民的素質(zhì)提升(an improvement in the population’s quality)不是靠一年中的一天兩天，而是長期的過程。
