I’m honored to deliver you a talk as to how to live a healthy life.

In our daily life, it is unavoidable that we may be exposed to different viruses which can cause diseases, ranging from a slight cold to the murderous COVID-19.

However, we can stay away from the harm of them if we form good habits such as eating healthy food drinking plenty of water having enough sleep and keeping a positive attitude. In addition, I'm convinced that doing exercise regularly is important as it physically strengthens our body and builds up our imnune system. Besides, working up a good sweat helps rid ourselves of worries and unhappiness.
